Just a little summer job?

I started working at Hayden part-time in May 2019, after sending a cold-email to find out if they offered summer jobs. I worked 16 hours a week here over the summer, and learned so much about how a warehouse functions and what kind of things are necessary to maintain this type of business in the theater industry. Every person who works here is kind and understanding; you’re able to have a laugh here while still working efficiently. I ended up staying past the summer, and working one day a week all the way until I left for my Disney College Program.

Though I don’t have any pictures of myself working or at the Christmas party at Carrabba’s, I do have one picture capturing what I feel like is the spirit of my time here.

Even on a busy Wednesday afternoon, they’re the type of people who will give you, a small 20 year old girl, a jumpstart on your day off when you stopped in to visit.

As long as I’m working in lighting, they’ll be one of the first places I contact for any of my lighting needs.
