CONTROVERSY PAPER

This paper was written regarding RuPaul’s Drag Race, and the impact that RuPaul’s thoughts and feelings have in the LGBTQ community. I wrote objectively about gender performance, and discuss the use of drag in gender performance and self-expression

THE PERFORMANCE OF COGNITIVE DISABILITY

This paper was written for my Performance Studies course, and explores disability in the global context of growing diversity. I investigate a variety of different perceptions and portrayals of disability, and consult an industry professional to shape my thoughts on the topic. I do believe that disability needs to be understood as a normal part of the human experience, rather than a problem or an unusual feature of a person’s life.

DISNEY+ STRATEGY REPORT

This paper is a recent project, delving deep into Disney+, creating a strategy report evaluating their market value, missed opportunities, and the biggest competing factors with other streaming services. I completed this paper as my final exam for my Entertainment & Media Industries course.

Costumes and Culture in 17th Century Netherlands

This paper was written about a painting of Everhard Jabach, and investigates clothing in the 17th Century in the Netherlands. This paper required an abundance of time in the NYU Library, and a few trips to museums to investigate other paintings and period clothing from that time.

This paper is my idea of a new video game that I believe would fill a gap in the market to create a profit. I discuss why I feel creating Lego Stranger Things would be a good idea, and what this game might need to be considered a success.
